Ingredients
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Anchovies
1 Avocado
1 Lemon – Juice
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Green Onion – White
1 Tbs Tarragon
1 Tbs Chives
1 Tbs Cilantro
1 Tbs Parsley
1 Tbs Carrot Tops
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
- Roughly chop the herbs and avocado so they can easily be processed.
- Add the herbs, anchovies, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender.
- Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well combined.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
- You can really use any combination of fresh herbs you have on hand. Tarragon, Parsley, and Chive are classic.Ā
