This Green Goddess Dip is perfect for Crudités and toasted Pita Bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 Anchovies

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Lemon – Juice

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1/2 Green Onion – White

  • 1 Tbs Tarragon

  • 1 Tbs Chives

  • 1 Tbs Cilantro

  • 1 Tbs Parsley

  • 1 Tbs Carrot Tops

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Roughly chop the herbs and avocado so they can easily be processed.
  • Add the herbs, anchovies, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender.
  • Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can really use any combination of fresh herbs you have on hand. Tarragon, Parsley, and Chive are classic.
